Everyone knows the current “bike sharing” system is station-less. In order words, user can lock and place the bike “ANYWHERE”. This is definitely illegal and violates the law of Obstruction in Public Places .
We supoort creativity, innovation and bike sharing. However, this needs to be fair and legal! Bike sharing company needs to strike a balance between pedestrian, public and different stakeholders.
This application will gather the info and metadata of all illegal parking, analyse and present in a readable way. We will also forward the parking info the bike company for reference.
